Neurodivergent relationships hold so much beauty — and unique challenges. In this intro session, we explored how being neurodivergent shapes the way we connect in relationships and intimacy, how our nervous systems guide (and sometimes complicate) our partnerships, and how somatic and embodiment tools can help.

Named and normalised the joys and struggles of ND relationships Explored interoception, boundaries, and the body’s felt sense
Learned simple somatic tools for grounding, connection, and communication
Shared stories in a supportive, de-shaming space.
